Pre-Sale Property Inspection
This property may be viewed anytime prior to the auction by calling 602.233.3806
to make an appointment. A Cunningham & Associates Auction Representative will be on
site at 8:30 AM the day auction to assist and answer questions pertaining to the property
and auction.
DIRECTIONS
From US 60, exit on Power Road and proceed North 5.5 miles (approx) to Brown
Road. Turn East (right) on Brown Road and proceed 1 mile (approx) to 7620 E. Brown Road.
AUCTION REGISTRATION
Auction registration begins at 9:00 AM on auction day. Bidders that are not able
to attend the auction may submit an absentee bid prior to the auction. Sale begins at
10:00 AM.

NO BUYER'S PREMIUM
There is no Buyer's Premium or added percentages to the final bid at this
auction.
TERMS
A refundable $200 cash or cashier's check deposit is required to obtain a bidding
number. The balance is due in cash/cashier's check/certified funds by 12:00 PM Friday,
October 29, 1999. Failure to pay the balance by this time constitutes forfeiture of the
deposit.
DISCLAIMER
Successful bidder must remove the modular unit from the property located at 7620
E. Brown Road by Friday, November 12th 1999. A $20.00/day storage fee will be billed to
the successful bidder by the City of Mesa for everyday the modular unit is left on the
property.
The seller reserves the right to deny any person admittance to the auction if they disrupt
or attempt to disrupt the sale, to postpone or cancel the auction, or to change any terms
of the auction upon announcement prior to or during the sale. Announcements made at the
