AUCTION REGISTRATION: A $500.00 cash or cashier's check deposit will be required to register. Registration begins at 9AM on auction day. Sale begins at 10AM. SALE SITE: The auction will take place at Shadow Ridge Park located at 5075 West 4700 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84120, Lot #152. PROPERTY TOUR: A Cunningham & Associates representative will show the manufactured home by appointment only, up to May 21, 1999, prospective bidders may take a final tour of the home the day (May 21, 1999) of the auction prior to 10AM. TERMS: The successful bidder will be required to pay the full balance plus 6.3% sales tax in the form of cash or cashier's check by 4PM (Monday) May 24, 1999. Failure to pay the balance by May 24, 1999 at 4PM will constitute forfeiture of deposit and competing bidders will have the option to purchase the manufactured home at the successful bidding price.
