Remaining inventory of Micropaq, Inc. to be auctioned to the highest bidder without reserve and no buyer’s premium:

1st As a bulk bid for all products and the copyrights to the company’s name, logo, and product designs.

2nd To be bid on in separate and individual lots.

Which ever means of auctioning draws the largest dollar amount, that is the way it will be sold.
