The balance must be paid with cash/cashier’s check/certified funds only – no exceptions. Title is guaranteed to transfer free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. A 2% co-broke will be paid to any properly licensed Arizona real estate broker/agent who’s client closes escrow within auction terms and conditions.
