Our commitment to you in 2003

Happy New Year!  We at Cunningham's appreciate you very much for your loyalty to our business and for making 2002 our most successful year ever.  To show our appreciation we make the following commitments to you for the year of 2003:

If you are a bidder you can continue to count on the fairest auction bidding environment available in Arizona, this means an environment completely free of conflicts of interest.  The auction business is our only business.  We do not engage in the business of buying and reselling used equipment, we auction items on consignment only on behalf of our sellers.  You will not find us competing with you by bidding at our competitors' auctions and you will certainly never find us bidding against you on items in our own auction.  If you have attended other auctions throughout Arizona you will realize that this policy is very unusual and ensures that you are on a level playing field when you bid at a Cunningham auction.  If you cannot attend an auction you can bid by proxy and your bid will be treated as if were at the auction live. (see our proxy bidding page).  (also see our terms and conditions page to see the many policies we have to protect you, more than anyone in the auction industry).

Bottom line:  You can be comfortable bidding at Cunningham's knowing that you will be treated fairly.

If you are a seller you can be assured of the most successful auction possible when you deal with Cunningham's.  Because we take such good care of our bidders they will take care of you by bidding freely and ensuring that your items sell for what they are worth.  We also advertise more than any other auction company in Arizona so you can be assured that the market has been informed that your items are for sale at auction.  (see 2002 statistics at the end of this letter).
