2009 was a great year for us, our first full year in our new facility and lots of new full time associates to serve you better and faster.  We thank you for your friendship and your business.

You can continue to count on Cunningham’s to be the ONLY auction company in Arizona where you will find ALL of the following:

1.      No Buyers Premium!  We will not add any additional commission to your final bid price like most of our competitors will.

2.      No Seller or Shill bidding (artificially running the bid when there is no legitimate competitive bidding).  We have never allowed and will continue to prohibit Seller bidding.  Some of our competitors actually encourage this questionable practice.

3.      You will not see the owners or employees of our company bidding against you at our auctions.  This is a conflict of interest that has never been allowed at our auctions.

4.      Everything Sells!  In 2009 every single asset we auctioned sold to the highest bidder at the price determined at the auction.  This is the best record we have ever had and none of our competitors can even come close.  After our auctions you will not get calls to tell you we need more money for an asset or that a reserve was not met.  Everything sells at the auction price.

We are simply creating a marketplace for buyer and seller to come together and establish a competitive market price for all kinds of assets including real estate.  We eliminate all conflicts of interest so the bidding environment is fair for everyone.
