Seller will offer financing with a 10% down, non-refundable deposit, at 9% APR.

Buyer’s Broker Terms:  3% commission offered.  24-hour Broker pre-registration required. 

Bidder’s Terms:  $25,000.00 deposit per parcel in order to bid.  Deposits can be in the form of a cashier’s check or a wire transfer made prior to auction day.  10% of bid amount will be due on or before 11/30/06, 5:00 P.M.  Balance of successful bid is due on or before 12/6/06, 5:00 P.M.  Although some due diligence materials will be supplied, above properties will be sold “as is”.  Please conduct all due diligence prior to auction.
