An undivided interest in Sedona Summit Resort, a Timeshare Resort (the “Project”), according to the Second Amended and Restated Declaration of Dedication and Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Sedona Summit Resort, a Timeshare Resort, duly recorded in the Official Records of Yavapai County, Arizona, in Book 3659, Page 936, and all annexations, amendments, and supplements thereto (the “Declaration”), and as shown on Arbitrary Plat A, Page 1, together with the recurring (i) exclusive right during alternate calendar years to reserve, use, and occupy a Full Unit or Units or Partial Unit  or Units within the Project; and (ii) non-exclusive right to use and enjoy the Project’s Common Area and Common Furnishings, for their intended purposes, during such Fixed Use Periods as is set forth below (if Grantee has purchased a Fixed Use Period) or such Use Periods as shall properly have been reserved in accordance with the provisions of the then current Rules and Regulations promulgated by Sedona Summit Resort Owners Association, all pursuant to the Declaration.  For convenience in inventory control, conveyancing, and titling, the interval interest is allocated to one or more specific Unit(s); however, the Grantee shall NOT have the right to use and occupy such specific Unit(s), only the right to use and occupy a Unit.
