Directions
to property:
1. Starting from Flagstaff, Arizona; take Interstate 40 (I-40) East to
Holbrook, Arizona.
2. Proceed through Holbrook on I-40 and then past the Petrified Forest
Park entrance.
3. Continue on I-40 and go to Navajo, Arizona, which is Exit 325, at mile
marker 325.
4. At intersection is a gas station; go due South on that road for 8.5
miles; the road is paved, but turns to gravel for a short time, crosses a
river (one lane bridge) and railroad tracks and eventually turns back to a
paved road.
5. Continue South on the paved road; it will eventually turn to gravel
again.
6. When you have traveled approximately 8.5 miles from the gas station,
the road will cross railroad tracks and then the road will proceed West;
it then turns South and parallels the railroad tracks for a short
distance.
7. The road then curves right (West).
8. The road goes for 1 mile and then curves left (South).
9. Follow the road for exactly 3.0 miles.
10. On the right (West) will be a small (and hard to see) road, that
proceeds West; you will be able to see a large black water tank at the end
of the road, before you turn onto the road; proceed on the road until you
reach the water tank.
11. From the water tank you must go thru a gate and proceed along a dirt
road (4x4 not needed, but must have at least average vehicle clearance; a
"low rider" will high-center) for about 2 miles; you will be able to see
another large black water tank at the end of the road.
12. The water tank is on the subject 40 acre parcel.
