Estate’s 80% stock interest in Medtek Solutions, Inc.
This is a Lytec dealer netting approximately
$100,000/year. Lytec is a medical billing software system.
Terms of Sale:
AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, cash or cashier's check day of sale
subject to liens. All sales are subject to sales tax unless the property
being sold is tax-exempt or a resale number is used as proof of exemption.
$1,000.00 deposit is required to bid at the sale and receive confidential
information regarding Medtek Solutions, Inc. and a Confidentiality Agreement
must be signed. Contact

Minimum Bid:
$4,400.00.
Additionally, Debtors are entitled to a credit bid at the auction up the
amount of the Debtors advance to Medtek Solutions, Inc. In the event the
Debtors’ offer is not the highest and best offer at the auction, the Debtors
shall be entitled to a reimbursement of the advance. Debtors must provide
proof of the advance prior to the auction and Debtors shall not be entitled
to more than a credit bid of $19,400.
