of you have let us know how much you appreciate the way we do business.
We listen to your suggestions and continue to make improvements based on
what you want.
As has been the case for the past 60+ years, you can continue to expect

- We promote true
competitive bidding at our auctions. One of the many ways we do this is
by prohibiting our auctioneers from “running the bid”.
- We don’t bid at our
own auctions.
- We don’t allow
sellers/consignors to bid on their own assets to artificially increase
the bid against legitimate bidders.
- We don’t charge buyers
premiums or extra fees. The only amounts you will find added to your
purchases at Cunningham auctions are applicable sales taxes.
Cunningham’s is the only
auction company in Arizona where you will find ALL these practices
strictly applied and enforced.
We create the fairest
bidding environment in Arizona. The only objective we have is to provide
the best marketplace for Buyer and Seller to achieve the “market price”
and to encourage legitimate competitive bidding. We have no ulterior
motives or hidden agendas.
