and “where is”. Bidders must conduct all due diligence to satisfy
themselves prior to bidding, including on-site inspections, land
investigations, title searches. Buyer understands buyer is bidding on
above property in “as is” condition and as such waives his/her review and
approval of seller disclosure statement. Title Security Agency shall be
title/escrow company. Buyer to pay all escrow fees. Close of escrow date
shall be on or before August 12, 2005. Above information is deemed
