TERMS: $1,000.00 cash/cashier's check deposit made out to Bidder in order
to obtain a Bidder's card. This deposit is refundable to all unsuccessful

must be paid in cash or cashier's check no later than 6/04/08, 12 PM and
will be non-refundable. Successful Bidder will be issued a Trustee's Deed
by the US Bankruptcy Court within 30 days of approval at which time any
remaining balance will be due and payable via cash or cahier's check. All
