Founded in 1947 by
George Y. Cunningham in Eastern Arkansas,
Cunningham’s Auction Service became Cunningham and Associates and relocated to
Arizona over 30 years ago. C&A has been incorporated since 1984, we are LICENSED, BONDED and INSURED. We are
Arizona's only third generation auction company, owned and operated by the
Cunningham family for over 60 years. C&A specializes in bankruptcy,
receivership and
secured creditor assets. Some types of assets we regularly sell:
commercial and residential real estate, industrial and heavy construction equipment,
inventory and supplies, and the private party consignment of various items.

George Cunningham,

George has over 23 years experience in the family auction and appraisal business
and serves as the President of Cunningham & Associates, Inc. Auctioneers &
Appraisers. He is also the Designated Broker for AuctionAZ.com for real estate
auctions. George represents the third generation in this successful family owned
business which has been in existence for over 60 years.
Bob Cunningham, most experienced auctioneer and appraiser in Arizona, Real Estate Agent-
The business was
started 60+ years ago by his father in Eastern Arkansas. Bob grew the business
in Arizona by forming relationships with banks and Trustees and became well
known for handling bankruptcy auctions. The first auction facility was on 35th
Ave. south of Lower Buckeye where most of the auctions were held. As time went
on, many auctions were also performed for commercial and real estate properties
on location. In August of 2008, Cunningham & Associated moved to the current
facility at 6502 N. 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ.
Lori Dunne, Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Licensed Realtor -
Lori has several years of experience in the local real estate market, as a
banker, mortgage officer and sales agent.
Rosa Zapata, Accounting - Rosa does a great job of
keeping the books straight for us in our growing business; she is also
bi-lingual and helps us with communication with our growing Hispanic customer
base.
